The new regulations from the Ministry of Public Security impose restrictions on the law enforcement methods for "crypto world overseas fishing."

The Ministry of Public Security has released new regulations to restrict inter-provincial cases involving enterprises. However, since most crypto world enterprises are relatively small in scale, the protective effect of this new regulation is limited.
The crypto world involves various criminal risks and falls under the category of cybercrime, which presents multiple law enforcement nodes in terms of jurisdiction. Currently, there is still a conflict between the decentralized operation model of the crypto world and the centralized regulatory system.
