Odaily News Semler Scientific, a publicly traded company in the Bitcoin treasury, released its second-quarter financial report. After this, Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer reaffirmed the company's buy rating and a target price of $101. He believes that unlike other Bitcoin fund companies that rely on aggressive stock issuances, Semler adopts a "slow money" approach to expand its Bitcoin holdings through operating cash flow, low-cost convertible debt, and selective ATM issuance, all of which aim to preserve shareholder value and avoid dilution.
