Blockchain analyst firm Elliptic released a report that the vulnerability of the encrypted gaming platform PlayDapp caused large losses, and on February 9, an unauthorized WalletAddress minted 200 million PLA Token, worth $36.5 million. Shortly after the incident, PlayDapp sent a message to the attackers via an on-chain transaction demanding the return of the stolen funds and offering a $1 million white hat reward, but negotiations ultimately failed, and on February 12 Hacker minted another 1.59 billion PLA Token, worth $253.9 million, and began transferring through Crypto Assets exchanges.
