Semler Scientific's Bitcoin Asset Report

Semler Scientific, a publicly traded company on Nasdaq, has just announced its latest asset data. In Q1 2025, the company purchased 1,510 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 3,808, valued at approximately 388 million USD at current market prices. Despite incurring a net loss of 64.7 million USD in this quarter, Semler's Bitcoin investment achieved a profit of 22.2%.

The holding of Bitcoin is completed by the company through operating cash flow and capital mobilization from the market. Two main transactions: the purchase of 894 Bitcoins worth $90.7 million in January, and an additional $59.6 million to buy 616 Bitcoins in May, resulting in an unrealized loss of $41.8 million due to market volatility.

Semler also reached a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, acknowledging a potential debt of $29.75 million. On its official website, Semler launched a Bitcoin data dashboard to provide real-time updates on investment status. The company stated that cash flow from its core operations will continue to support this cryptocurrency investment strategy.

To date, Semler has raised over 160 million USD through the issuance of convertible bonds and equity financing.
