What are left-side trading and right-side trading?

Left-side trading is actually a form of counter-trend trading, also known as "When others are fearful, I am greedy; when others are greedy, I am fearful." Right-side trading, on the other hand, is a trend-following strategy, which involves entering the market at the early stages of a price increase and exiting at the early stages of a price decrease.
