Have you ever encountered various difficulties with wallet connections? For example, the authorization signature becomes invalid after a successful connection, or the originally connected dApp suddenly disconnects after switching networks, or even a new wallet fails to recognize the most basic connection button. These issues are not due to operational errors, but rather flaws in the connection protocol itself.

As a cross-chain enthusiast, I have used various wallets, including Rabby, Phantom, and Keplr, covering multiple ecosystems such as EVM, Solana, Cosmos, and ZK. After extensive practice, I have come to a conclusion: among the many connection methods, only WalletConnect can remain stable.

The reason WalletConnect can achieve stability and multi-chain compatibility is mainly based on the following advantages:
1. Standardized connection process, including scanning, authorization, and session persistence, all Wallets follow the same pattern.
2. Intelligent chain switch prompts, no manual operation required, dApp can directly guide the switch.
3. Supports multiple sessions, allowing simultaneous connections to multiple Wallets and multiple chains without disconnections or conflicts.
4. Connection status monitoring function, which can automatically restore the connection after a network disconnection or page refresh, avoiding repeated authorization.

It is worth noting that each successful stable connection is a vote of trust in the protocol ecosystem. As the number of connections increases, the value of WCT may also rise accordingly. In the future, the value of WCT will largely depend on users' connection behavior.

In the Web3 era, a stable and reliable Wallet connection is crucial. It not only affects user experience but also concerns the development of the entire ecosystem. As users, we should pay attention to and support those protocols that can provide stable connections, as they will play an increasingly important role in the future of digital asset management.
