A Golden Finance report states that MicroStrategy announced that the scale of its STRK preferred stock fundraising has been increased from $250 million to $564 million. MicroStrategy estimates that the net amount obtained from the issuance, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated issuance expenses, is approximately $564 million. MicroStrategy intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Bitcoin and working capital.
