According to the data from Jins, the cultural sector has achieved comprehensive growth in major categories. In the first quarter, the core cultural sectors achieved operating income of 2.0921 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.3% compared to the same period last year. The proportion of operating income in the core cultural sectors accounted for 67.4% of the total operating income of all cultural enterprises above a certain scale, an increase of 1.2 percentage points from the same period last year. Among them, the operating income of five major industry categories, including content creation and production, news information services, cultural entertainment and leisure services, creative design services, and cultural investment and operation, grew rapidly, increasing by 12.0%, 11.1%, 10.5%, 10.4%, and 10.4% respectively compared to the same period last year. In the cultural-related fields, the operating income of three major industry categories, including cultural auxiliary production and intermediary services, cultural equipment production, and cultural consumer terminal production, all achieved growth compared to the same period last year, with increases of 7.3%, 6.0%, and 2.7% respectively.
