The New York Fed's survey found that Supply Chain pressures eased in April.

On May 6, the pressure on U.S. supply chains eased last month, even as economies around the world rushed to prepare for the impact of the Trump administration's massive and changing trade tariffs. The New York Fed reported on Tuesday that its global supply chain stress index was -0.29 in April and revised to -0.17 in March. The data indicates that there is no significant pressure on the supply chain.
