The US and Russia are reported to plan to restart "Nord Stream 2"; the German Chancellor refuses to issue a permit.

Jin10 reported on May 16 that Germany's new Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated on the 15th regarding the revelation that the U.S. and Russia plan to restart the Baltic Sea underwater gas pipeline "Nord Stream 2", stating that the German side will not approve the operation of this pipeline.
