On July 8, Jin10 reported that four internet road freight platform companies - Manbang Group, Huolala, Didi Delivery, and Kuaigou Taxi - jointly signed a self-discipline convention to safeguard the legal rights and interests of truck drivers. The four companies promised to block sources of ultra-low freight rates, ensure timely Settlement of freight charges, and continue to carry out the "Sunshine Action" against excessive commission. The convention stated that comprehensive measures would be taken, including advance payment of freight by shippers, purchasing freight compensation insurance, urging payment of freight, and advance compensation, to actively supervise shippers to fulfill their contracts and help drivers timely and fully obtain freight income. The companies promised not to link the withdrawal of driver freight income to the driver's behavior on the platform, energy value, etc., and not to delay the payment of driver freight.
