Giant Network: Shareholder Hong Huiping's Shares Have Been Judicially Frozen

On December 16th, Jin10 Data learned that 133 million shares held by Hong Huiping, a shareholder who holds more than 5% of the shares, were frozen by the judiciary, accounting for 89.38% of his holdings and 6.03% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, 65.986 million shares will be frozen from April 29, 2024 to April 28, 2027, 23.7469 million shares will be frozen from May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2027, and 42.9361 million shares will be frozen from December 11, 2024 to December 10, 2027. Mr. Hong Huiping is a shareholder who holds more than 5% of the company's shares, but he is not a controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company. The judicial freeze of some of his shares will not result in a change in the company's control, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's continued operations.
