Jinshi data news on January 8th, on January 8th, under the maintenance of 15 coast guard boats of the maritime department, the first super large ship "Xin Yangzi 503" on the Yangtze River main line left the port safely from Jingjiang, Taizhou, and went to the designated waters for trial sailing in the southern part of the Yellow Sea. The "Xin Yangzi 503" is a 7000 TEU (standard box) container ship, 272 meters long, 42.8 meters wide, 24.6 meters deep, and the maximum height above the water is 49.8 meters. The ship uses LNG dual-fuel power, with a significant reduction in sulfide emissions, and adopts a combination energy-saving propulsion system of front guide wheel energy-saving device + efficient propeller + efficient rudder, optimizing the main engine selection and efficient propulsion system to achieve the optimization of speed and fuel consumption.
